Delivery and modes of payment.

After receipt of your order we will automatically send you an acknowledgement of order by e-mail (provided that you stated your e-mail address!) In case of changes or corrections of your order please inform us immediately!

Payment and postage

You can pay by Visacard/Mastercard and in advance in our Onlineshop.

Orders that reach us by 11 a.m. are normally attended to on the same day. You will receive your order within one week. If you paid in advance for your products please send us the amount invoiced in cash. You can also remit the amount invoiced to our business account.

Complaints

It goes without saying that falsely packed up or missing articles will be replaced immediately.

* If all products ordered by you are in stock. Mail orders are handled from Monday to Friday.
